We are looking for calm, tidy and responsible residents for a former office building in Houten that is being used temporarily while awaiting redevelopment.

Several spacious private rooms will become available in the building, ranging from approximately 20 m² to around 45 m².

A room of approximately 20 m² costs 425 per month, all-inclusive. A number of more affordable and larger rooms are also available. The exact price depends on the size and location of the room and starts from 400 per month, all-inclusive.

This is simple and temporary accommodation in a former office building. The building is currently being prepared for occupation. The exact move-in date will be agreed in consultation.

The building is expected to remain available for temporary use for several years. However, because the property will eventually be redeveloped, the full duration of the stay cannot be guaranteed in advance.
