Located on the second floor, this spacious, north-facing room features a high, beamed ceiling and measures approximately 20 m². It comes equipped with a private sink (with hot and cold water) and a large, elevated bed (measuring 1.40m x 2.40m). There is plenty of room for a study area and a cozy seating space. The room will be delivered in "turn-key" condition: clean, freshly painted, with professionally cleaned carpeting and curtains.

We have (almost) everything in duplicate: toilets, showers, kitchens, dishwashers, etc. There is one standard kitchen and one new, spacious "living" kitchen where you can whip up the most delicious meals. After dinner, you can enjoy the luxury of lingering at the table, as the dishwashers take care of the cleanup!

From the living kitchen, you have access to a massive, south-facing roof terracea perfect spot for studying or just chilling out.
