**Room available from february 1st!**

A room is becoming available in our cozy student house starting february 1st!

We are looking for a student who would enjoy living with us. We are a sociable, mixed household (two women and two men); we regularly do things together and often hang out in the living room downstairs.

The house features a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilets, and a backyard. Your room is approximately 13 m², has its own sink, and overlooks the backyard. We live in a quiet neighborhood with a supermarket within walking distance, and NHL Stenden is about a 10-minute bike ride away.

The base rent is 393 per month (current rate; subject to increase). In addition, you pay 60 in service charges. The house is fully furnished; furniture, crockery, and kitchenware are provided (except for your own room). We also share a washing machine, combi-oven, and dishwasher.
