Kamer in Gysbert Japicxstraat

Heyhi!

A room becomes available in our house on Gysbert Japicxstraat. It is located at the rear of the ground floor of the house. You share the kitchen with 1 roommate, Kim, and share the bathroom with the 4 of us. We have a (mini) backyard where we occasionally drink coffee in the morning. We also love chatting in the hallway, going for picknicks, working out, celebrating christmas together and once a year we throw a houseparty, but nothing is mandatory!

The house is located in a super nice neighborhood. Close to the canal, and close to the Albert Heijn (2 min walk). You can also cycle to the center in 5 minutes and to the station in 6 minutes. You can cycle to NHL stations within 15 minutes and Van Hall Larenstein is only a few minutes away!! A top spot :).

You can park your bicycle against the garden gate in front of the house. There is also free parking in front of the house. There are 4 of us living in total and we do look after eachother.

The room itself is +\- 16 square meters and 293,- in basic rent. With GWL, WiFi, water and a contribution to the annual large waste bills, you arrive at an amount of approximately 400 per month.
