We're renting out a room for 6 months in our apartment on the 2nd floor along the Van Harinxma canal, located in a beautiful green environment!

Room and apartment:

Bright room with large window and built-in wardrobe. Optional use of one-person bed and nightstand

Storage room available on ground floor for safekeeping of bicycles

Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and kitchen balcony

Living room is shared by all and available for eating, relaxing and/or laundry drying

Price includes heating/water/electricity and internet use

Minimum contract length of 6 months or until 31 March. Extension is possible after this time depending on circumstances

No pets

No smoking

No musical instruments

Location:

Green location along a canal, plenty of places to walk and relax

Directly opposite exists a small mall, including a Lidl supermarket, snackbar, bakery and other shops

Bus stop across the street with regular bus routes to the central station

Nearby locations by bicycle:

7 min from Schrans (local shopping street)

8 min from central station

8 min from Van Hall Larenstein

10 min from city centre

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a friendly, tidy and peaceful and preferably independent individual between the ages of 18 & 40 (no gender preference). It is no student complex/neighbourhood and out of respect for our neighbours we don't want to cause nuisance through partying and loud late nights.

Housemates:

You'll be sharing the apartment with me, Dennis, and another student. I am friendly 30-year old guy who values his privacy and mostly does his own thing but isn't averse to a friendly chat or drink every now and then.
