Appartement in Salomonsteeg

Since I'm going to travel for a month I'm subrenting my beautiful authentic Leids appartment. It is located behind the Pieterskerk, in the heart of the centre, with the factulty of law, the supermarket, shops and bars on walking distance. The appartment has a bedroom and bathroom downstairs and a living room and open kitch upstairs.

The appartement is beautifully decorated and has all necessary and luxureous features. It has WIFI, smart TV with streaming services, a wash/dry combination, a dish washer and a microwave oven. You can also use dishes, cutlery, blankets and pillows and towels.

I'm paying more than what I ask for, but I have one special request: that you will take care of my cat. Kees is 2 years old, he loves to eat, sleep and play outside and he occasionaly likes to cuddle (on his request of course). He needs someone to feed him, let him in- or outside once or twice a day and give him a little bit of attention. You can easily leave the house whenever you want and for the most of the day, he will stay inside or outside then. He is very easy going, he loves everyone that feeds him

I'm looking for a trustworthy person that will keep the house tide and clean and doesn't use it as a place to invite people over for a big party or as a place to visit every few days. This is a street where students and locals with kids live together and there are rules when it comes to noise, the neighbours are in close contact with eachother and there are camera's placed to prevent people from stealing/molesting stuff. Even more important is my cat, you really need to be a cat person and have to take care of him every day.
