Shops are right across the street, and public transport, major highways, and a larger shopping center are all nearby. The apartment has double glazing, central heating, and additional storage in the basement. This is a temporary rental until the end of December 2025, ideal for someone in between places or staying short term. Rent is 735 per month excluding utilities, and the room is available from 16/06/2025.
