Kamer in Drie Octoberstraat

From 15 July (slightly earlier by mutual agreement) to 1 September, a room to sublet will become available in our house at Drie Octoberstraat in Leiden. Therefore, we are looking for a sublet for that period. We live with six girls in total, so you will be living with five other girls. We do a lot of things together, such as extensive cooking, going to the market on Saturdays and chilling on our roof terrace in the sun. The room costs 475 euros per month and that includes gas, water and light. There is a closet in the room that will stay and the lamp will stay. In addition, the curtains will also stay. There is a roof terrace attached to the room.

We have a large living room with lots of windows that you share with the other 5 girls. In the living room is a large kitchen. We also have two bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. So you share the bathroom with two other girls. There is a washing machine and a dryer, which everyone can use. On the second floor, there is another small balcony, where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun in the summer morning.

The house is in a quiet street and above a supermarket. Within 5 minutes you can be in the city centre and there is a park nearby.
