Together, they offer 30 m² of private space perfect for living, sleeping, and working. The larger room opens onto a shared balcony (perfect for a sunny coffee break), and the smaller room has a south-facing window that lets in plenty of sunlight.

The rooms are fully furnished with a bed, desk + chair, and spacious wardrobes. Youll share the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. The apartment is located in a calm residential neighborhood with several supermarkets, shops, bus stops, and a train station within walking distance. You can reach the city center by bike in just 5 minutes.

The ideal housemate is tidy, relaxed, and appreciates a peaceful atmosphere. Smoking indoors and pets are not allowed (I already live here with two cats). Visitors are always welcome, and an occasional party is fineas long as we agree on it together.
