Im looking for a female student to sublet my room from May 16th until Febuary 15th.

The house is located in the city center of Leiden, within walking distance of the train station, supermarket, shops, and the university. Youll be living with 18 other girls who are all studying and/or working. Its a friendly and social environment, theres always someone up for a chat or cooking together, but youll also have plenty of space to do your own thing.

The room is 25 square meters, furnished and in a quiet spot in the house. The rent is 800,- per month. This includes utilities like gas, water, and electricity, as well as the use of all shared facilities and supplies (bread, tea, spices, toilet paper, washing machines and dryers). Also there is a weekly cleaner who maintains the common areas.
