Its a 20-minute bike ride from Leiden Central Station and the city center. Theres also a bus stop right in front of the house that takes you to the station or the city center in about 10 minutes.

General:

The room is located in a spacious family house with 4 individual rooms, and shared living room, kitchen, garden, bathroom, and laundry room. The rent is excluding gas/water/electricity/internet/washing machine use, (around 80 per month per person).

Living together:

We are all on good terms with each other, we are looking for someone studying or working full-time, we don't have any obligatory house activities together, though occasionally we share a meal, coffee or a conversation. We keep the house clean and tidy and have a cleaning schedule
