Kamer in Zwanenkamp

I am subletting my room June 1st to January 31st (8 months). It is furnished with a bed, bookshelf, desk, lamps, and chair. The room includes access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The room is nice, but the house is slowly being furnished and is very basic. The kitchen does include an oven, stove, airfryer, coffee machine, microwave, etc.

The ideal subletter would be a good person, who will live kindly and respectfully with the other tenants, and who will sublet for the entirety of the 8 months. There is a possibility to extend afterwards as well. Importantly, the home owner has stressed that smokers are not allowed.

Maarssen train station is about a 10 minute bike ride away and there is a bus down the street which goes to Utrecht Central in about 40 minutes.
