Kamer in Demertstraat

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a shared apartment. I'll be moving out in early May, and the room will be available from May 12th at the latest.

- Utilities are included in the rent

- The deposit is one month's rent

- The room is unfurnished; the wardrobe can stay for 50 if desired

- Your future roommate is a 23-year-old German Master's student

It's a lovely ground floor apartment (67 m²) with 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, living room and a garden. Supermarket, university, and gym are all reachable by bike within 3 minutes, the city center is 10 minutes away.

Despite being close to the city center, the area is very quiet. Free parking is available, and there's usually space right in front of the building.

The washing machine and some of the living room furniture are my property, so they would need to be purchased (together with the roommate) if necessary.

I do not decide who is allowed to rent the apartment, but I make a recommendation. The landlord values reliable tenants with a steady income or a parental guarantor. Relevant proof must therefore be submitted no later than the start of the tenancy.
