Kamer in Dorpstraat

Hi everyone,

I will be leaving Maastricht at the end of July so my room will be available starting from the 1st of August! (Please only text if you can take over from this date only)

The house is located near Randwyck train station (10 minutes) and the FHML faculty (20 minutes). It is a quiet neighborhood but you have all you need in a 5 minute walk radius (Plus, Albert Heijn, Hema and a number of other shops).

The house has 3 floors. The room is on the ground floor. There is a shared kitchen, bathroom and shower, as well as a backyard. Also to whoever is concerned about the very tiny window, it is honestly not bad, the room gets a lot of natural light still and it helps to keep it warm in winter and cool in summer. Also it is possible to open it.

The rent is EUR 772/month including everything. My contract ends in October, but you can renew it.

I have some things that you could take over if you would like, such as a bicycle and other smaller items. Depending on what you would like to keep we could figure out a price :)
