Hi room seekers!
From March 1, a room will become available on Koestraat for an indefinite period (sublet). Youll be living right in the heart of Maastrichts city center, with the Albert Heijn just a 3-minute walk away and everything else around the corner.
The room is 14 m² and has its own sink. Some furniture is already there for you to use, such as a table, desk, chairs, and your own small fridge. The kitchen and shower are shared with only one other housemate, so its nice and quiet.
The rent is 600 per month (excluding utilities). The price is negotiable Im mainly looking for someone who can move in quickly and plans to stay for about six months to a year.
