Hello everyone!

Im subletting my room from the beginning of July until the end of January. The room is fully furnished (as seen in the pictures) and has its own sink. Youll be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, and two toilets with the other tenants. Currently, there are four other male students living in the house, but two will be moving out in the summer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, and air fryer. Theres also a shared washing machine and a yard/garden.

Rent: 580 per month (all inclusive)

Deposit: 500 (refundable if there is no damage to the furniture)

Contract fee: 35 (one-time payment)

Location: Koning Clovisstraat

5-minute walk to the nearest supermarkets (Jumbo and Albert Heijn)

10-minute walk to the train station

15-minute walk to the city center
