The kitchen has electric cooking plates, sink, kitchen counter, kitchen closet, ventilation, fridge, oven. An open staircase brings you to the bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Everything you need is furnished, included sheets and bath towels, iron and board.

There is a nice garden with a view of the fields, for common use.

The studio is located in Krijtstraat in Vroenhoven.

The distance to Maastricht city center is 4 Km and it is 10 minutes by bike. There is also a bus connection a few meters from the house which runs to Maastricht.
