In the popular neighbourhood Scharn, a room will become available in our student house.

A place where you can live comfortably and have your own base, while the city is close by.

The house

You will live together with a mixed group of students. The atmosphere is relaxed and easy-going: there is contact when it naturally happens, and space for yourself when you need it.

We find it important that residents feel at home and treat each other and the house in a normal, respectful way.

Kitchen, bathroom and other facilities are shared.

The neighbourhood

Scharn is a residential area with many students just outside the city centre:

supermarket and shops nearby

good bus connections

about 10 minutes by bike to the city centre and university

In short: comfortable living with everything close by.

The room is easy to arrange and provides a comfortable place during your studies.

Someone who is looking for a stable place to live and feels comfortable in a house where living together happens naturally without obligations, but with consideration for each other.
