Kamer in Statensingel

For rent for an indefinite period

Unfurnished room (11m²) with laminate flooring in an apartment on the 2nd floor of a student house near the center of Maastricht, where 3 female students also live.

Taking over the current tenant's furniture is an option, but as far as we are concerned, it is not necessary.

Shared living room (17m²), kitchen, toilet/shower, sink on the 3rd floor, and balcony.

Due to the shared shower, preference is given to a lady.

If you are the neat, tidy lady we are looking for, please send us a message briefly introducing yourself, and we will schedule a viewing (in consultation with the current tenant(s)).

Recent photos will follow.
