Studio in Maasboulevard

Our building DOK01 offers 97 modern, stylish student studios. DOK01 is centrally located in the historical center of Maastricht, on the banks of river Maas. The studios of DOK01 offer stunning views of the historical town center of Maastricht. The location of DOK01 is perfect for students, as most colleges and universities are within a 10-minute bike ride from the building.

The studios are fully furnished with custom-made, storage-friendly interiors, and have a modern black kitchen and stylish concrete bathroom. In each studio, an uniquely designed loft bed with a high-quality steel frame is installed, creating space for a comfortable sofa, which can be used as an extra bed. Moreover, the studios offer plenty of storage room, as storage space is created above the bathroom and under the sofa.

DOK01 has a bike shed and a communal launderette. There are parking spaces for rent.

About the contract

- Student only

- Contract for 12 months

- Minimum stay 1 month

- 595 per month excl. (housing allowance possible!)

- Registration at municipality possible

- Deposit 1,000

The DOK01 studios are reserved for exchange students and students with travel urgency. Therefore the following maximum rental periods apply:

- Exchange students can stay for a maximum of 12 months

- International students who do not live in The Netherlands yet can stay up to 5 months

- Dutch students who have to travel for more than 75 km to DOK01 can stay up to 3 months

Please note that if you already live in the Netherlands, you can't apply if you need to travel for less than 75 km to DOK01.
