Studio in Stationsplein

Studio room available in Riemst (right at the border of Maastricht). The room is about 15 minutes biking from the city center. Current furniture (bed, desk, and chair) must be taken over for 200 euros.

The room is about 16 meter squared, with a private kitchenette and bathroom. The building itself has about 10 other studios, most of them with students living in them. There are multiple restaurants close by and a Lidl about 4 minutes biking away.

Price: The basic rent is 490, but electricity and wifi is not included (I shared wifi with another girl, for 15 euros per month) and the advance payment for electricity is 41 euros.

Contract is until July, but you can extend it after!
