We are looking for a new room mate, who is social and clean.

Youll instantly feel at home in this Scandinavian-style house, surrounded by nature and located right next to the forestyour garden practically flows into it. Its not a holiday park, but it certainly feels like one.

The room is 12 m² and located on the ground floor, right next to the largest bathroom. Youll have access to a shared kitchen, two bathrooms, living room, toilet, and a separate chill room with a ping-pong table. Outside, you can enjoy the garden with a big Jacuzzi and swimming pool. There is also an indoor bubble bad So how better get through the summer than your own wellness at home!

Youll be mostly living with two girls in their twenties or early thirties, from which one really likes doing things together, eg dinner. The other girls is an active gamer and she also takes care of her little son, who also lives in the house, but we barely see as he is a bit shy.

I work as a cancer researcher at the hospital in Groningen, and since Im only there part-time in the house, I rent out the extra rooms.

Location: Muntendam (Fam. Schrijverstr), 26 km from Groningen.

Train station: 3.7 km away, with a bus line connecting to the station.

Minimum rental period: 6 months

Shorter stays possible in consultation.
