Dear prospective tenant,

I hereby offer a 15m² room in my house in Nieuw-Vennep!

My name is Dennis, I'm 47 years old, and I have a 13-year-old daughter, who spends long weekends with me alternately, alternating with one day during the week due to a divorce.

Our Bushion Frusee doggie, Frosty, also comes along sometimes.

It's very important that we all have a good connection.

We all have our own lives, but we'll still spend time together.

My daughter's preference (sorry, guys) is for a woman between 20 and 50, who is therefore independent and doesn't mind teenagers and dogs ;)

We prefer stability and would therefore like to rent the room for a year, but for a minimum of 6 months.
