The house is in a quiet district and offers a serious working/studying environment. The household is smoke- and drug-free and is equipped with good wifi, kitchen and bathroom. With a 4 min. walk a busstop allows you to use busline 202 taking you in 26" to science park Utrecht. By bike the 13 km takes approx. 43". To Utrecht city center there is also a tram, which also continues to Science Park but this takes longest with 51'. After initial selection, introduction to housemates for co-optation and a viewing of the house is the next step.
