Fresh attic room for temporary rent for a friendly serious female student.

Our house is a 5-minute walk from Cityplaza/bus and tram station.

The room is availailable from the beginning of May.

The room is fully furnished with bed, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe. You also have your own little fridge.

You will share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet with us (5 persons/family and 1 student). If the weather is nice, you are welcome to sit in our garden.

We are a family with two teenagers, I usually work from home. We think it's important that you fit in in our house, which means, among other things, that you keep things tidy and take your fellow residents into account (don't cause any nuisance in terms of noise or mess). We like a chat and privacy at times.

We have three cats in the house who are not allowed upstairs. They really like contact, so it's nice if you also like cats and not allergic to them.
