Hello! I'm looking for a new flatmate to join me in my lovely 2 bedroom apartment, located just 25 minutes from Utrecht Centraal by tram (20 by bus). The room will be available from mid-June (or early July at the latest).

The Room:

- Approx. 15m²

- Comes with a wardrobe

- Bright and calm: perfect for studying, working, or relaxing

- Fully furnished (bed, desk optional)

The Apartment:

- West-facing with sunset views every evening

- Large floor-to-ceiling windows

- Big balcony with a bike shed

- Super quiet area, right next to a huge park and an Albert heijn

- 5 minutes walking from the tram station

Entirely furnished with all appliances:

- Dishwasher, washer, dryer, espresso machine, slow juicer, air fryer, oven, robot vacuum, you name it

- Second floor, so no neighbours upstairs

- Spacious, cozy, and full of natural light

About me:

Im Victoria, a 28-year-old Franco-British expat whos been living in Utrecht for 6 years. I've also lived in France, the UK, and Finland. I work in tech sales in Amsterdam, I'm super active (spinning, boxing, yoga, horse riding, surfing etc.), and Ive lived in shared flats for several years, so I know how to make a warm and respectful home.

I'm very respectful of peoples space and rhythms, but I'd love to become friends with my flatmate: share a meal from time to time, have a drink on the balcony, or just coexist peacefully. I cook really well (promise), and Im always happy to share good food!

Youll also be living with Lizzie the cat and Dennis the rabbit. They are both cuddly, clean, and chill animals.

Who Im looking for:

Woman only (due to past experiences, Im not considering male applicants, thanks for understanding)

Clean, respectful, LGBTQ+ friendly

Ideally someone who enjoys cozy, peaceful vibes

Open to cats, dogs might be a bit difficult
