Kamer in Stevensgaarde

The house is located in Nieuwegein (the Batau district) in a quiet, green area near shops and the tram station. The bus is a 3-minute walk away. It's not a student house. The room is fully furnished, including duvets, sheets, towels, and more. It's a nice, bright room on the first floor, approximately 12m², and overlooks the garden. The kitchen is also fully equipped, so you hardly need to bring anything yourself. Shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, laundry room, storage room, and garden. A bicycle is available. It's about a 35-minute bike ride from home to the city center or Utrecht Science Park. The tram takes you to Utrecht Science Park in about 40 minutes. I've been renting this room to students doing internships at institutes for over 10 years. Having occasional chats and/or meals together is nice, but not mandatory. I'm retired, a healthy and active man, but I live alone. I like to do my own thing and let you do your own thing in the house too. Your visitors are welcome, including in the living room and on the patio. Smoking is not permitted. Pleasant young neighbors live here.
