The house is located in Doorslag, a beautiful, green and quiet neighborhood in Nieuwegein. Within walking distance youll find two parks, perfect for relaxing or going for a walk. The tram and bus stop are only a few minutes away, making it easy to get to Utrecht quickly.

The room is spacious and includes built in closet space, giving you plenty of storage room. The rest of the house is fully furnished and equipped with all conveniences. The room itself will be mostly unfurnished, but a bed and mattress will be included (not the bed shown in the pictures).

Im looking for a housemate I have a good vibe with, someone who studies or works and appreciates a calm and tidy living environment. I enjoy occasionally having a cup of tea or a glass of wine together, or sharing a meal when were both home, but having your own life and privacy is just as important to me.

The shared spaces are maintained together by everyone in the house. In addition, a cleaner comes by for extra maintenance. We like to keep the house clean and create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere at home.
