A room of 12.1 square meters, including a private pantry, is available.

The room is located in Nieuwegein, in the residential area of Doorslag. It is a pleasant neighborhood with parks both in front of and behind the house. Within 3 minutes you can reach a bus stop, which will take you to Utrecht Central Station in about half an hour. From there, you can travel in all directions or explore the vibrant city of Utrecht. Additionally, there is a second option to take the tram to Cityplaza or Utrecht Central Station, which is only a 2-minute bike ride from the house.

The Lidl supermarket is just a 2-minute bike ride away.

An important condition of this rental is that the room is available for a maximum of 2 years, with no possibility of extension.
