Kamer in De Lieverhof

Hi :)

We are going on a holiday to visit our family in Colombia. Therefore our room is available.

For rent:

1 big bedroom for 750 per month

The room is available for 1 person or for a couple.

You will be sharing the house with our sweet dear friend and housemate Esteban. He is studying in Utrecht and is from Spain.

We are on holidays from 1 december till 31 januari. You can rent the room for 2 months (dec-jan).

It is therefore temporary rent,

Our house is located in the centre of Nijkerk.

It is a 5 minute walk to the train station where you can take a direct train to Utrecht (30min) or Zwolle (40min) and the supermarket is 50 meters away, just around the corner. Great location.

We are looking for 1 person or a couple to take care of our house with Esteban.
