Appartement in Plein 1944

My apartment in the center of Nijmegen will become available for temporary (check the dates carefully before sending a message) subletting in May. I am going on a trip for a few weeks and am looking for someone who is looking for a nice place to live on short notice! The apartment is fully furnished and you don't have to share anything with anyone else. It has one bedroom and is therefore probably more suitable for a couple or a single person, rather than people who want to live together, but it is possible if you bring your own second bed. There is a washing machine, but no dryer. The entire apartment has double glazing. There is no balcony or outdoor space.

I'm looking for someone who doesn't smoke!

It is not possible to remove items from the apartment, such as furniture you don't want to use. Of course, you are welcome to bring your own furniture.
