The location offers easy access to the city centre of Nijmegen, universities, shops and public transport.

The room is furnished and includes a bed with mattress, desk, desk chair and desk lamp. The room is suitable for one person. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with the other residents of the house.

The rent is 630 per month all-inclusive, including gas, water, electricity and Wi-Fi internet. The deposit is two months rent. The room is available from 5 May 2026.

A requirement is that the tenant is registered at an MBO, HBO or university.
