For rent, bright, beautiful room with private spacious balcony in Nijmegen East in a neat student home near the center. Centrally located, within cycling/walking distance of Heyendaal station, shops, hospitals and universities, city park, and other facilities.

We are looking for a new resident for a room on the first floor on the street side. Room is approximately 14 m2 with an adjacent large balcony spanning the full length of the room.

You have five co-household residents, ranging in age from 19 years to 26 years. All students or recently employed.

The house has two floors (first and second with an ascending staircase from the street side).

Residents share a kitchen, two toilets (one of which is in the bathroom), a bathroom and a laundry room with a washing machine and a condenser dryer that can be used. Rent per month: 320 euros basic rent, monthly advance* on gas, water and electricity (70 pp.) (this may therefore have to be paid due to current gas prices) and 35 euros service costs. The last two concerns an advance payment, a final settlement is made every year.

Please note: we are specifically looking for a quiet resident (student or aspiring worker), who likes to participate in the chores and does not give up.
