Temporarily for rent a room of 12m2 with private sink on the 2nd floor in a student house in the center of Nijmegen near the central station. Nearby are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.

Both students and mostly working people live in the house. We are looking for a fun person, but not a party animal.

In the house there are 3 showers and 3 toilets that are shared with 7 other people. The luxury kitchen on the ground floor is shared with 2 people. In the basement there are 2 washing machines for common use. There is also a large garden.

Smoking in the house, living together and pets are not allowed.
