Kamer in Jacob Canisstraat

As of December 1, a room will become available in the Jacob Canisstraat for an indefinite period. The house is located in Nijmegen East. You are not bothered by the city noises here, but you are within walking distance of the center and the AH. The HAN/uni are a 10-minute bike ride away.

It is a room of approximately 26M2 with its own roof terrace. All furniture is available for purchase! The room costs 870 per month including gas, water, electricity and fiber optic connection. The deposit is twice the basic rent. You share the kitchen, toilet and bathroom with Lotte, Esmee and Elisa :). We are a clean and cozy house and we have no obligations, but you can always visit each other or cook together!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to rent the room if you are not studying! Proof of registration is required.
