Kamer in Muldersweg

Spacious apartment on the first floor right next to Goffert Park. You will have your own bedroom and share the rest with me (Heleen). There is a toilet, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a washing machine, an open kitchen with a stove, oven, espresso machine, dishwasher, and 2 refrigerators. There is a walk-in closet for supplies and hobby materials. The spacious living room has 2 seating areas, a large table for dining/working, a DJ set for music, and a spacious balcony.

Downstairs, there is a storage room where you can safely and securely store your bike. In front of the apartment, there is a large parking area where you can park for free. Goffert Station is a 3-minute walk away, and the university is a 10-minute bike ride through the park.

I am looking for a calm roommate who takes care of a clean environment. Eating together is nice, and occasionally doing something together is also fun but there's no pressure in doing so.
