Kamer in Semmelinkstraat

I am looking for a subrenter for my room in our cozy apartment in Nijmegen. The location is ideal: within 10 minutes by bike you can reach the central station, the city centre, and the campus of the HAN/RU. The room is 7m2 and will be available from 1 May until 7 June 2025. The living room, kitchen, toilet and bathroom are all shared with three other students. Internationals are welcome.

Our preference goes out to a female housemate (21+, student) who is independent, social, tidy and responsible. You would share the house with three other girls from different nationalities, who are all at a later stadium of their studies.

Further info about the apartment: the room is small but has lots of natural light. It is furnished with a bed, mattress, open wardrobe, drawers, desk and desk chair. From the room you have direct access to the shared balcony. The other door leads to the living room. Here, you find a large comfortable couch, table with four chairs, cupboards for storage and a tv. The kitchen is equipped with everything youll need: sink, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, air fryer and shared kitchen utensils. There is a bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet. Our apartment is on the third floor.

The monthly rent is 347,25 (which means the total for these 5 weeks is 434) and there will be a deposit of the same amount as the rent.
