The studio includes its own kitchen, bathroom and toilet, and is suitable for one person. You only share the entrance, hallway, washing machine and storage/bike shed with two other residents. The neighbourhood is quiet with good access to shops, public transport and cycling routes towards Radboud University and HAN.

Important legal condition:

This studio can only be rented to students who are not currently registered in the municipality of Nijmegen and who are moving here temporarily for their studies.

Students from other cities or from abroad may apply.

Students who are already registered in Nijmegen cannot rent this studio due to legal regulations.

Rent: 875 per month (all-in: gas, water, electricity & internet included)

Deposit: 1,750 (2 months)

Contract: Temporary student agreement (maximum 2 years, legally allowed)

Looking for a clean, calm and responsible tenant. Parents as guarantor is accepted.
