Room for rent in Noordwijk, 5 minutes from the beach

I am renting out the main room of my fully refurnished house in Noordwijk. It is the largest room in the house, available from 1 December for one year, with the possibility to continue afterwards. Registration at the address is possible. All costs are included.

The beach is a 5-minute walk away. Nearby bus stops get you to Leiden or Den Haag quickly, and Amsterdam is about one hour by public transport.

I will be the second tenant. I live upstairs, but only on certain nights of the week, and I am often away for long periods because of work, so the house is usually calm and quiet.

I am looking for a quiet, tidy person who wants to enjoy the house in a calm way.

The house has new furniture and a new layout, so you are welcome to come and see it before deciding.
