Kamer in Clusiushof

I am looking for a new housemate for a nice room near Leiden. I am looking for a quiet person who is tidy and reliable.

The room is approximately 9 m2, tidy and furnished. It has a wardrobe, bed (140 x 200 cm) and a desk.

You will share the bathroom, toilet and kitchen with 3 housemates. The centre of Leiden is a 10-minute bike ride away. Internet is included in the price. The location is Clusiushof in Oegstgeest. The room is available from 01-10-25 and will be temporary. It is not a student house, so parties are not allowed.

Points of attention:

- Only a ten-minute bike ride from Leiden University.

- The rental period is temporary.

- Registration with the municipality is permitted.

- Full-time student wanted.

- Only respond if you can physically visit the room yourself (no friends or family members).

-If there is mutual interest, a viewing and introduction is possible on Sunday 24 August. Please do not respond if you are unable to attend.

-Parties are not allowed here.

-The bed and desk are slightly different from the photos.
