It is possible to apply for rent benefit. You can also buy the floor and furniture from the previous tenant. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet will be shared with me, Suzanne (26). I like reading, singing, and playing card/boardgames, and I am in the 3rd year of my biomedical PhD research. The room will be available from 13 October.
