We rent out to INTERNATIONAL FEMALE YOUNG PROFESSIONALS or STUDENTS, above 21 years, renting contract from 01.06.2025 until 31.03.26. Rent 1050 (all inclusive) / deposit of 2100. The studio is divided into 2 levels, has its own kitchen-living space (22m2) and a bedroom (6m2). The bathroom has to be shared with one other tenant.

The rent is all-inclusive, and the deposit will be returned once you leave the place undamaged. Pets arent allowed. WIFI is present. Inscription City Hall is possible. Not suitable for couples.
