The place is shared with two roommates, both studying aerospace engineering at TU Delft. The room and house are fully furnished with spacious common areas. The flat has a floor area of 100m2, with the room being 12m2.

The base contract is for one year with possible renewals for further (entire) years.

The flat is located near the centre of Rijswijk, with several supermarkets nearby, a bus stop and tram stop within 200 metres and railway station within 5 minutes by bike.

The main TU Delft campus can be reached in approx. 25 minutes by bike, and the city centre of Delft is reachable within approx. 15 minutes, also by bike.

It is also well communicated with the city center of The Hague (30 minutes by tram or bus, 17 by train, or 25 minutes by bike).

Easy access to the A4 motorway is also available.

Plenty of space for free parking a car beside the building is available, as well as an enclosed bicycle storage area on ground level.
