I am renting out my apartment for one year, from 17 November 2026 to 17 November 2027, with the possibility of extending the rental agreement.

I am looking for someone who appreciate the space, take good care of the furniture and everything in the apartment and be respectful of the neighbours.

* Available for one year, with the possibility of renewal.

* Deposit: one month's rent.

* Rent includes gas, water, electricity.

* First floor accessible by stairs and elevator.

* Fully furnished.

* Fully equipped kitchen.

* Washing machine and dishwasher.

* No pets allowed.

* No smoking inside the apartment.

LOCATION

* Just a 5-minute walk from Blaak Station.

* 11 minutes by bicycle from Rotterdam Central Station.

* Located close to the Markthal, in the heart of Rotterdam.

I would love to find someone who appreciates a peaceful and friendly atmosphere, enjoys keeping their home tidy and cosy and treats the space and its belongings with care and respect. Extra points if you have a green thumb and would be happy to look after my plants!
