Temporary furnished apartment in Rotterdam-Zuid (45 m²) 1200 incl. close to Zuidplein

My fully furnished apartment in Rotterdam-Zuid will be available for a temporary stay for 1 month while I am abroad.

Availability: from 21 April until 21 May 2026

The exact start and end date can be discussed, and I am willing to adjust the rental period a bit earlier or later if needed

Size: 45 m²

Rent: 1200

Deposit: 500

The apartment is fully furnished, clean, and ready to use. You can use the furniture and household items during your stay.

Gas, water, electricity, and free WiFi are included

Smoking is not allowed

The apartment is close to Zuidplein bus station and the subway

The apartment is usually warm enough and stays around 19°C

Separate use of the heating is not included, which is also why the price is all-inclusive

You may also use my airfryer, SodaStream, and microwave, as long as they are kept clean

I am looking for one tidy and responsible person or a couple who will take good care of the apartment and keep it clean.

Rent must be paid in advance

The deposit will be returned within 2 days after check-out, after the apartment has been checked

Viewing is possible before the rental period starts

A written agreement will be made before move-in

Keys will be handed over in person

To avoid last-minute cancellations, I ask for a reservation deposit of 250 after we both confirm the rental period

This reservation deposit must be paid 2 weeks before the start of the stay

The reservation deposit will be deducted from the total amount due at the start of the stay
