The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, community room, two balconies and a storage room in the basement. I am currently looking for one new tenant for a minimum period of 1 year. Room 1: 20m2 furnished: bed with mattress, closet for clothes, working desk and chair, lounge chair, coffee table.
