Were Looking for Someone Who

Is 1825 years old and enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program

Can stay at least one year

Is clean and respectful, especially in shared spaces

Doesnt throw parties too often and respects housemates and neighbours

Is open to social moments in the house (like cooking or drinks), but also independent

Can pay 2-month deposit + 1st month rent upfront

Can prove financial stability (via yourself or your parents)
