Hey! Im subletting this nice and cozy room for July and August. Its in a great location with public transport nearby (Oosterflank and Alexandrium stations).

Youll have your own private bathroom, a comfy room, a sunroom with chill couches on the same floor, and a backyard where you can store your bike. Just so you know,

My lease ends at the end of August, so Ill be coming back then to return the room to the landlord. Thats when youd hand over the keys and everything back to me.
