The accommodation is available immediately and consists of two separate rooms that are rented together to one tenant, with a total surface area of approximately 19 m². This gives you the option, for example, to use one room as a bedroom and the other as a living or study room.

The property is located on a quiet street, with shops, amenities and nice cafés nearby. Public transport stops practically at the doorstep, making it easy and convenient to travel to your educational institution or Rotterdam city centre.

Property and atmosphere

The property is well maintained and all current housemates are female. We are looking for someone who feels comfortable in a quiet and pleasant household and who treats both the property and the other residents with respect.

Room and facilities

The two separate rooms are rented together to one tenant only.

The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with the other residents. Internet (Wi-Fi) is available and included in the rent.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a tidy and quiet student (male/female) who is seriously enrolled in an MBO, HBO or university programme.

Proof of enrolment at an educational institution is required.

Smoking and pets are not permitted.

We prefer a mature and flexible tenant who takes good care of the property, respects the other residents and uses energy and shared facilities responsibly.
