The furnished room is approximately 19 m² and is available from 1 October 2026. Municipal registration is possible. The room is rented to one person only and is suitable for a quiet student who takes their studies seriously and would like to live comfortably in a well-maintained student house.

The property is located in a quiet street, with shops, amenities and nice cafés nearby. Public transport stops practically at the door, making it easy and quick to travel to your educational institution or Rotterdam city centre.

House and atmosphere

The house is well maintained and all current residents are female. We are looking for someone who feels comfortable in a quiet and friendly household and who treats both the property and the other residents with respect.

Room and facilities

The room is approximately 19 m² and is rented fully furnished. You share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet with the other residents.

Internet (Wi-Fi) is available and included in the rent.

Rent and conditions

The rent is 750 per month, all-inclusive. This includes:

gas, water and electricity;

Wi-Fi;

municipal taxes;

use of the existing furniture.

A security deposit of 2 months rent is also required.

The room is rented to one person only.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a neat and quiet student (m/f) who is seriously pursuing an MBO, HBO or university-level education. Proof of enrolment at an educational institution is required.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

We prefer a mature and flexible person who takes good care of the property, uses energy responsibly and is considerate of the other residents.

Viewing

The viewing will take place on Saturday 12 August between 14:00 and 19:00. Viewings are held in person only. Suitable candidates will receive an individual time slot within this period.
